We offer factory evaluation, product development, lab analysis, testing services, production and merchandising follow up with daily communication with our customers, weekly reports, quality control and shipping coordination.
We have an experienced product development team that supervises all stages of the pre-production process: fabric/leather developments, prototypes and fit samples submits, delivering sales samples on time through top of production. A tech professional is in charge of analyzing every detail of the construction of the garment, tech packs as well as the patterns.
Our production team is the responsible to monitoring each step of the production process to finally meet the requirements and lead times. They provide follow up with daily communication with our customers, sending weekly reports, supply bulk fabric test reports, shipping documents and coordination with the nominated forwarders for the delivery of the goods.
Our quality control team works closely with the factories performing quality control during sewing line and before shipping goods to meet every customer own standards.
